Job Description

The National Safeguarding Manager is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of staff and clients within our organization. This includes creating and delivering training programs, conducting risk assessments, and investigating any allegations of abuse or misconduct.

Key responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing safeguarding policies and procedures
  • Delivering training programs on safeguarding and best practices
  • Conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies
  • Investigating allegations of abuse or misconduct and taking appropriate action
  • Monitoring and evaluating safeguarding practices across the organization

The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in safeguarding, with experience in policy development and training delivery. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as the National Safeguarding Manager will be required to liaise with various stakeholders and deal with sensitive and confidential information.
