Job Description
Long-term growth leads to business success — and here, we welcome prospective team members who can help push our vision forward. We’re currently searching for experienced Customer Service Specialists who can manage customer queries and complaints.
You will also be asked to assist clients with their queries, create tickets, escalate complaints across a number of communication channels, and route clients to other internal teams as required. To excel in this role, you need to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers and answering telephones.
Objectives of this role:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and following up with clients to ensure issues are resolved to satisfaction
- Troubleshooting common issues independently to seek resolution when clients reach out
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Knowing our products inside out so that you can answer any questions
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Senior customer support specialists will be responsible for managing a team of junior customer service representatives
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Requirements and skills:
- BS/MS degree in IT or relevant work experience
- Experience in customer service and client support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in working with computers
- Understanding of how CRM systems work
