Job Description
ArhamSoft (Pvt) Ltd. is currently seeking experienced Business Development executives with excellent communication skills. As a Business Development executive, your responsibilities will include finding and retaining clients, exploring opportunities for additional sales, and keeping up-to-date with market trends. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring staff to enhance sales performance.
Responsibilities:
- Familiarize yourself with our company’s products and services.
- Acquire new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Attend networking events to research and connect with potential clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their loyalty.
- Suggest upgrades or additional products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Create effective business proposals and contracts to increase revenue.
- Negotiate with clients to secure competitive prices.
- Equip staff with technical and social skills necessary for sales enhancement.
- Review clients’ feedback and implement necessary improvements.
- Stay updated with consumer trends to keep our offerings relevant.
- Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Business Management, Marketing, or Information Technology.
- Experience: 2-4 years.
