Role Description
This is a full-time Telesales Agent role on-site at Habib Metropolitan Bank located in Karāchi. The Telesales Agent will be responsible for day-to-day tasks that include communication and customer service to support the sales of banking services. The Telesales Agent will also be responsible for training customers with highly innovative E-Banking solutions and Consumer Banking.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and support
- Strong sales abilities
- Experience in providing customer training and support
- Ability to understand and adapt to changing customer needs
- Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
