Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Information Technology Business Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business requirements, assessing the feasibility of proposed solutions, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of IT projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Perform analysis to identify gaps and propose innovative solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop effective IT systems
- Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate potential solutions
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
