Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as General Manager at Union Pak Group. The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of various companies within the Union Pak Group. Responsibilities include implementing strategy and goals, improving operational efficiencies, managing budgets and financials, and overseeing human resources. Developing and maintaining relationships with shareholders, suppliers, and stakeholders is also essential.
Qualifications:
- 20+ years of relevant work experience (Required)
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Proven experience in developing and implementing strategies to achieve organizational objectives
- Experience in financial management, budgeting and forecasting, and understanding of financial statements
- Ability to analyze complex business situations and provide effective solutions
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
