Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for an Appointment Setter. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for setting appointments, appointment scheduling, lead generation, and providing excellent customer service. The Appointment Setter will be expected to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure successful completion of goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Setting Appointments, Appointment Scheduling, and Lead Generation skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in appointment setting or related field is a plus
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands
- Fluent in English
