Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. The Marketing Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute innovative and effective marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.

• Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional channels. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Brand Management: Lead efforts to enhance brand visibility and consistency across all channels. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive brand identity.
• Content Marketing: Oversee the creation of engaging and high-quality content for various platforms. Collaborate with the content team to develop a content calendar aligned with marketing objectives.
• Lead Generation: Implement lead generation strategies to drive a qualified pipeline of prospects. Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of leads and optimize conversion rates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a marketing leadership role.
