Job Description

ALGO is currently seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Answering customer inquiries
  • Resolving customer issues
  • Providing information about our products and services
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and updating customer records

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualities:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-centric approach and ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems efficiently
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
