Job Description
Job Summary: The Junior Technical Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the coordination and management of technical projects. This role assists project managers while learning project management and technical coordination. It serves as a stepping stone for future career development in project management and technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning and maintain project documentation.
- Serve as a communication liaison and attend project meetings.
- Help maintain project documentation and generate status reports.
- Support resource coordination and scheduling.
- Learn to identify and track project risks and issues.
- Assist in quality checks and testing.
- Gain an understanding of project budgets and expenses.
- Support scope change management.
- Develop a basic understanding of the technical aspects of the project.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Project management certification is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to projects.
