Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Front Office Manager at Islamabad Regalia Hotel. The Assistant Front Office Manager will be responsible for office administration, ensuring customer satisfaction, front office management, customer service, and communication with the guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Experience in office administration and front office management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer service and guest relations
  • Able to provide exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work well in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Previous experience in the hotel industry is a plus
