Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant to GM Operations located in Lahore. The Assistant to GM Operations will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as managing administrative tasks, phone etiquette, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. This role will report to the General Manager and work closely with the operations team.
Experience & Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Clerical skills, including data entry and organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
- BBA or Textile Manufacturing Graduated or related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
