Job Description
iSoft Technologies is currently seeking a skilled and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving business growth.
Job Description:
- Researching potential new leads and staying updated on developments in the IT industry.
- Contacting prospective clients through various mediums, including social media, LinkedIn outreach, and cold emailing.
- Collaborating with teams to align our offerings with clients’ needs.
- Maintaining a database of prospective client information and updating CRM software.
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.
- Understanding client needs, offering solutions and support, and responding to RFPs.
- Conducting presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience with lead generation and prospect management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Persuasive, goal-oriented, and able to communicate with C-Level Executives.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Four years of cold calling experience and knowledge of the sales process.
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated sales results and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
