Since 2011, we have been providing content services, telecom application development for SMS, WAP, and IVR, as well as content acquisition and development for the Mobile VAS industry. Our focus is on enhancing user engagement on mobile through innovative and revenue-generating voice products.
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Manager. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for day-to-day customer support operations, managing a team of customer service representatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Manager will also be responsible for analyzing customer data and feedback to identify areas of improvement and implement process changes accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Strong skills in managing customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Excellent analytical skills for interpreting customer data and feedback
- Effective communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and stakeholders
- Experience in managing and leading a customer service team
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the mobile industry or customer service is a plus
