Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Manager located in Bahawalpur, Pakistan, with flexibility for some remote work. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the Senior Manager with day-to-day operations, managing team members, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. The Assistant Manager will also assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
Qualifications
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in project management, planning, and coordination
- Knowledge of the solar industry and renewable energy
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or relevant field
- Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Trello is a plus
