Job Description
Job Purpose:
As part of the employee experience function at MGN Pakistan, the role is primarily responsible for covering all pertinent areas such as benefits administration, HRMS maintenance, payroll, insurance, and end of service administration.
Key Result Areas:
Systems:
- Ensures accurate and complete system records of employees especially regarding the Job details, performance, salary & previous employment history along with Manager changes.
- Manages the full employee records in the system.
- Maintain the details of existing processes, workflows, and documents.
- Provide first-level support to internal stakeholders/end-users and report the cause of any issues/errors to the relevant Technology Teams.
- Facilitates the automation of PICG processes at MGNP.
- Maintains and generates all types of staff reports for business support.
Employee Experience:
- Timely and accurate response to employees on all PICG related queries.
- Manage the communication of all PICG policies.
- Manage the employee benefits administration as part of the payroll process.
- Work closely with the employee relations function and all employee-related disciplinary procedures/actions.
- Maintains all letters to employees, including disciplinary (performance, conduct-related) and non-disciplinary (transfer, experience, bank letters, etc.)
- Act as a primary liaison between MGNP & the medical insurance provider.
- Handles the offboarding process of employees Employee Engagement.
- Executing initiatives for employee engagement activities.
Employee Engagement:
- Executing initiatives for employee engagement activities.
- Requires good coordination with all the business groups to ensure the uniform and effective implementation of the HR initiatives.
- Requires working with the technology team to ensure smooth and timely development and implementation of the HR Systems.
- Maintain a good working relation with external vendors for the smooth processing of HR processes.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Logical reasoning and analytical skills
- Good knowledge of MS office
- Good knowledge of end to end HR processes
