Job Description

Job Purpose:

Launch the Embedded Digital Lending Products through the App, IB, and Payment Gateway Channels. Track and manage the digital lending portfolio. To build traction and customer engagement through improved product offerings and value proposition. To ensure the program is sustainable, scalable, and dynamic.

Description:

  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders for end-to-end product development and management including concept design, credit scoring methodologies, research & analytics, system development, and integrations.
  • Manage the product life cycle driven by customer take-up and portfolio.
  • Conduct needs and segment analysis to recommend new and enhanced products and services.
  • Work with team members to define product roadmap strategy, incorporating market direction and customer preference.
  • Implement and manage product features that will deliver best-in-class experiences for Bank Alfalah customers.
  • Monitor and track product usage, and performance and carry out portfolio analyses.
  • Develop “end-to-end” processes, policies, and procedures to create a seamless, efficient, full cycle. Create manuals, guidelines, job aids, customer user guides, and employee training for promoting and servicing the new/enhanced products and services.
  • Provide support to operations teams and carry out training when required to brief upon product processes.
  • Expand the Digital Lending program through strategic partnerships with corporations to promote access to finance.
  • Ensure the program is sustainable, scalable, and dynamic enough to align with the strategic objectives of the bank.
  • Develop process flows, SLAs, program literature, training materials, T&C, and other relevant documentation for the smooth functioning of the program.
  • Manage program developments and post-launch phases ensuring customer impact is as seamless as possible.
  • Ensure reports are in place to track portfolio performance and are provided to the relevant stakeholders for necessary action (for example, collections and recovery).
  • Work with IT to set up dashboards for daily tracking of portfolios across the digital lending product suite.
