Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Manager located in Lahore. The Reservations Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s reservations system, providing excellent customer service to sales staff, coordinating smooth operations with the sales team, providing training to reservations sales staff, and collaborating with management and suppliers to ensure a smooth supply chain to the in-house sales team.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of reservations systems and processes
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proven track record in revenue management
- Ability to train and manage a team of reservations staff
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Good understanding of the travel industry and international travel requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field
- Experience working in a travel agency or working as a reservation manager in any hotelier brand of Pakistan
- Must be very skilled in Microsoft Office for smooth operations
