Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager Central to join our Commercial team at Ontex.
Mission and Key Tasks:
- Lead the regional sales team and ensure that sales objectives across all regions and brands are met.
- Develop market understanding, including market and customer analysis, competitor product and price mapping, and market structure.
- Create effective sales strategies using sales and distribution management software to analyze data related to sales forecasting and performance.
- Conduct monthly bottom-up sales forecasting by channel and city.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
- Ensure brand visibility in the trade, following the Golden Store program.
- Provide excellent customer service by coordinating internal adjustments related to product management, logistics, etc.
- Ensure a high level of service for partners through strong demand planning and efficient operations.
- Monitor competitor activity in the market and implement necessary steps to stay ahead.
- Stay informed about competitor pricing and other offers, and take measures to counter the competition.
- Work closely with other functions, especially marketing and supply chain, to ensure consistency and optimize investments.
Background and Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in FMCG sales/key account management, with at least 3-5 years in a similar capacity (experience in hygienic disposables market is an advantage)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a management role
