Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor at ibex in Karachi Division. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer service agents and ensuring quality customer service while also improving overall team performance. Specific day-to-day tasks may include supervising team members, monitoring call quality, providing feedback and coaching, developing training plans, and collaborating with other teams and departments.
Qualifications
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Leadership and supervisory experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
