Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in gathering requirements, making business proposals, creating functional requirement documents, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements from all the stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop business proposals and create functional requirement documents to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are aligned with business objectives.
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders, including senior management, clearly and concisely.
- Work with Project Manager, developers, designers, and QA team to ensure that requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in gathering requirements from front sales resources and creating business proposals and functional requirement documents.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment, with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
