We’re hiring a Senior Technical Manager at NRTC Energies – A premium energy brand
About Us:
NRTC Energies is a trailblazing solar energy company committed to a sustainable future. We need an exceptional leader to spearhead our design, operations & execution, and maintenance departments across Pakistan.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire our technical departments to develop cutting-edge solar solutions, delivering value to our clients.
- Drive project design, technical documentations, operations, execution and optimization.
- Lead Design, Operations, and Project Execution teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and deliver excellence.
- Closely collaborate with Sales Department during bidding and pre-sales for large-scale projects.
- Report directly to CEO / COO.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/ master’s in engineering (Electrical/ Renewable Energy).
- Proven managerial and leadership experience in solar energy.
- Expertise in solar design software (e.g., PVsyst, Helioscope, Sketchup, PV Sol, OpenSolar etc).
- Strong project management skills.
Experience:
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in the Solar industry.
- Must have hands-on experience of designing and executing multiple MW level projects.
