Job Description
Profile Management:
- Create and optimize our profile on platforms like Upwork to showcase our company’s strengths and capabilities.
- Regularly update and maintain the profile to reflect our latest projects, skills, and achievements.
Bidding on Projects:
- Identify relevant projects aligned with our expertise and objectives.
- Craft compelling project proposals to effectively communicate our value proposition and win projects.
- Monitor the platform for new project opportunities and ensure timely submission of bids.
Client Communication:
- Engage with clients on the platform to understand their project requirements and expectations.
- Maintain clear and open communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from project acquisition to execution.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
- Track and report project progress to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Upwork Expertise:
- Proven experience in successfully managing Upwork profiles and securing projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Upwork’s platform, policies, and best practices.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to craft compelling proposals and effectively communicate with clients.
Team Collaboration:
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Team-player with a positive and proactive attitude.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a similar role with a successful track record on Upwork.
