Profile Management:

• Create and optimize our profile on platforms like Upwork to showcase our company’s strengths and capabilities.
• Regularly update and maintain the profile to reflect our latest projects, skills, and achievements.

Bidding on Projects:

• Identify relevant projects aligned with our expertise and objectives.
• Craft compelling project proposals to effectively communicate our value proposition and win projects.
• Monitor the platform for new project opportunities and ensure timely submission of bids.

Client Communication:

• Engage with clients on the platform to understand their project requirements and expectations.
• Maintain clear and open communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Project Coordination:

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from project acquisition to execution.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
• Track and report project progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Upwork Expertise:

• Proven experience in successfully managing Upwork profiles and securing projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Upwork’s platform, policies, and best practices.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to craft compelling proposals and effectively communicate with clients.

Team Collaboration:

• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
