Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site Information Technology Intern role located in Lahore District. The Information Technology Intern will be responsible for network administration, troubleshooting, network security, and providing customer service.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Information Technology
- Experience with network administration and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of network security best practices
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in a help desk or customer support role is a plus
- Completed a degree in Information Technology or related field
