This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Ambassador located in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. The Customer Service Ambassador will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting customers with their banking needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and creating a positive customer experience. Qualifications:
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and providing excellent Customer Service
- Ability to create a positive Customer Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Prior experience in banking or financial services is preferred
