Job Description
Enthusiastic and positive individual who can perform multiple tasks at once including:
- Posting job openings on several websites.
- Conducting phone interviews, reviewing resumes, and arranging interviews.
- Assisting new hires in their onboarding.
- Maintaining and updating the hiring database.
- Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
Job Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in human resource management, or enrollment in coursework for a degree in that discipline or a comparable one.
- A track record of success working in an office setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- The ability to cooperate on a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent organizational and management abilities.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented.
Location: DHA Phase 5, Khadda Market
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs20,00.00 per month
Duration: 45 days
Working Hours: 3 PM to 12 AM
