Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Business Development Manager. The Sales Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, preparing reports, conducting market research, and negotiating contracts. The Sales Business Development Manager will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a sales/business development manager or similar role
- 3 – 4 years’ prior industry related business development experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Experience in the real estate industry and Technology related sales is a plus
