Job Description
As an Amazon Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting various tasks related to the day-to-day operations of our Amazon store. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to efficiently manage a range of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the Amazon store by updating product listings, ensuring accuracy of product information, and optimizing content for maximum visibility.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and reviews on the Amazon platform in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotions, discounts, and advertising campaigns on the Amazon platform.
- Collaborate with the logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth order processing and shipping.
- Analyze sales data and trends to provide insights for decision-making and strategic planning.
- Stay informed about Amazon policies, marketplace trends, and industry best practices.
- Assist in resolving customer issues, including returns, refunds, and product exchanges.
- Support in the creation of reports and performance metrics for the Amazon store.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience with Amazon seller central and familiarity with Amazon’s policies and procedures.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
