Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Karāchi for a Support Manager – Mobile Application. The Support Manager – Mobile Application will manage and support the development and implementation of mobile applications and will work closely with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and ensure application reliability. The Support Manager will also provide technical support and troubleshooting for the mobile application and ensure timely and accurate issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of mobile application development principles, including iOS and Android platforms
- Experience with Agile methodologies, mobile application architecture, and design patterns
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages such as Swift and Kotlin
- Experience with cloud technologies, RESTful APIs, and database management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer issues and concerns in a professional and efficient manner
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile application development, support, and/or management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
