Job Description

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking experienced and dynamic Customer Acquisition Specialist to make outbound calls to customers inquiring about our Design Service, meeting agreed call volume targets. You will assist the customer in gaining measurements and images of their room, along with their design expectations/preferences. Moreover, you will handle incoming emails and respond to them accordingly (using templates provided) and upload customer images and measurements to CRM. You will also update and maintain CRM dashboards and create new customer accounts, ensuring they are up to date and accurate, complete and send all necessary emails sent out to design customers.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily case load and calls in line with agreed KPI’s and objectives.
• Provide a high quality of customer service with every customer interaction either via email or telephone.
• Provide feedback from customer interactions, to ensure any system/procedure/process issues are highlighted and feedback to line manager to improve the ongoing customer experience.
• Identify own development needs and engage support where necessary to drive own development.
• Always ensure an up-to-date knowledge with company policies, procedures, initiatives, and promotions. With the ability to explain these to customers with authority and confidence.
• Ensure technical knowledge is developed and maintained on all systems relevant to the role to support our brand, colleagues, and customers.
• Follow and implement all procedures, legislative and regulatory rules.
• Support any area of the business as required to resolve customer issues/queries.
