Job Description
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
- Lead Generation:
- Employ various channels, including cold calling and social strategies, to prospect and generate new leads.
- Devise and implement creative strategies for targeting decision-makers of prospect accounts.
- Product/Service Presentation:
- Present and demonstrate our products/services effectively to potential customers, showcasing their value and relevance.
- Tailor product offerings to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement creative strategies for targeting decision-makers to achieve company revenue objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions based on client requirements.
- Sales Process:
- Negotiate and close sales deals with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Utilize strong negotiation and closing skills to drive successful outcomes.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain and expand customer relationships through excellent communication and customer service.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional services.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors, providing valuable insights for business development strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a relevant field
- Experience:
- 1-2 years of proven experience in Front Sales, preferably in an agency.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Skills:
- Tech-savvy with familiarity in digital tools and technologies related to the industry.
- Understanding of digital marketing, web development, design, and related services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Attributes:
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to business development.
- Familiarity with CRM software and various sales techniques.
