Job Description
We are currently seeking a Software Project Lead to oversee our Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a proven track record of success, and experience with Azure cloud services, Power BI, and other data engineering tools.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage BI and Data Engineering projects from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and manage project teams
- Communicate project status and deliverables to stakeholders regularly
- Work with customers to gather requirements, understand their needs, and ensure project deliverables meet their expectations
- Troubleshoot and resolve project issues during and after project completion
- Implement and maintain data governance processes
- Stay up-to-date on the latest BI and Data Engineering technologies and trends
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a BI or Data Engineering environment
- Strong understanding of Azure cloud services, Power BI, and other data engineering tools
