Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Islamabad. As a RCM leader, you will establish, implement, and control billing processes and protocol across the organization. You will manage a team of billing and coding professionals to ensure accurate and timely invoice submissions, payment posting, denial management, accounts receivable optimization, and report generation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience leading a healthcare billing team with demonstrated success in improving billing processes and financial outcomes
• Extensive knowledge of regulations and compliances related to billing and coding, especially in the context of US healthcare
• Experience in working with EHR and Practice Management software, especially in troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization
• Demonstrated proficiency in report generation and analysis for financial performance optimization
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and training skills to interact with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Adept in project management, quality control, and continuous process improvement methodologies
