Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Specialist located in Lahore. The Call Center Specialist will handle customer inquiries, resolve problems, and provide excellent customer service. The specialist will also be responsible for using computer systems to track calls and enter customer information.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and customer contact center software
- Experience in customer support and contact centers is a plus
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
