Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). As a CSR, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing support on a wide range of topics such as billing, product features, and account management. You will respond to customer emails, chat messages, and phone calls. Your job location will be in Islamabad.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
