Role Description
This is a full-time Assistant Manager role based in Rawalpindi. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in day-to-day operations of the store. The Assistant Manager will ensure high-quality customer service, manage inventory, supervise employees, and maintain store standards. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for opening and closing routines, assisting in training new employees, and helping with scheduling and payroll.
Qualifications
- Retail and Customer Service skills
- Inventory Management and Logistics skills
- Leadership and Supervision skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
- 2+ years of retail management experience required
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Point of Sale (POS) systems
