Job Description
A Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and services to customers regarding the company’s products or systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment or systems on customer sites.
- Conducting diagnostic tests and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Training customers on the proper use and maintenance of the products or systems.
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify customer requirements or potential problems.
- Preparing and submitting service reports and documentation.
Successful candidates for this role should possess strong technical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and customer service abilities.
