Role Description
The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for on-site day-to-day tasks including lead generation, market research, analyzing opportunities, cultivating relationships, and customer service. This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore District. The specialist will also work to establish new business partnerships and analyze and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Analytical skills and the ability to identify, research, and analyze market opportunities
- Excellent communication skills including writing, verbal, presentation, and negotiation
- Experience with lead generation and customer service support
- Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to create and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the technology industry is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
