Job Description
DMart, a reputable retail company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Head of DMart Operations. As the Head of DMart Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail stores and ensuring the smooth functioning of all aspects of our business.
This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, inventory management, improving operational efficiencies, and ensuring exceptional customer service at all times. Additionally, the Head of DMart Operations will collaborate with various departments to drive sales, achieve company goals, and maintain consistent operational standards across all stores.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in retail operations management, preferably in a similar leadership role.
