Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role at Arfa Tech located in Rawalpindi for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, complaints, and orders, as well as processing returns and exchanges. The representative will be required to use a variety of communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
