Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chat Support Executive at Awan Empire located in Lahore. The Chat Support Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media. The Chat Support Executive will also be responsible for maintaining customer records and resolving technical issues.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service and chat support
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field or equivalent work experience
