Role Description
As a full-time on-site TSR located in Lahore, you will be responsible for providing support to customers on technical issues via phone, email, or chat. Your day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, diagnosing software/hardware faults, and working with cross-functional teams to resolve customer queries. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service by ensuring prompt resolution of customer issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu, both written and verbal
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and diagnose software/hardware faults
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently
- Highly organized with good time-management skills
- Completion of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or other related fields is preferred
- Experience in technical support, customer support, call center or related field is preferred
- Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac operating systems, and basic networking concepts
