Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and professional individual to join our team as a Manager – Quality. As the Manager – Quality, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of our products and services, while continuously improving our quality management systems. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting regular quality inspections, evaluating product and service performance, and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions when quality issues arise. To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record in quality management, possess strong leadership skills, and have excellent problem-solving abilities. Additionally, you should have extensive knowledge of industry best practices, quality standards, and regulations. Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management
- Strong understanding of quality control procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
- Proficient in industry quality standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
