Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Manager at Grace Guest located in Islamabad. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining a positive working environment. The role also involves handling guest complaints, managing inventory, and implementing safety and security protocols. The Duty Manager will report directly to the General Manager.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
- Experience in hotel or hospitality management
- Knowledge of housekeeping, food and beverage, and front office operations
- Experience in handling guest complaints and resolving issues
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software
