Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Umerkot District. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies and implementing campaigns to maximize revenue and market share, identifying new business opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute business objectives, building and nurturing key customer relationships, managing accounts and ensuring successful customer adoption, and contributing to the development of the annual sales plan.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and developing successful sales campaigns
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
