Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Farm Worker located in Islamabad. The Farm Worker will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks such as planting, cultivating, irrigating, and harvesting crops. This role requires candidates to operate various types of farm machinery and equipment, such as tractors and harvesting equipment.
Qualifications
- Experience working on a farm
- Ability to operate farm machinery and equipment, such as tractors and harvesting equipment
- Knowledge of crop cultivation, irrigation, and harvesting techniques
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time in varying weather conditions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, and willingness to work collaboratively with others
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations for operating machinery and working on a farm
