Job Description

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Develop And Maintain Treasury Policies and Procedures to Ensure Compliance with Internal Controls, Regulatory Requirements, And Industry Best Practices.
• Responsible for accurate and timely closure of books in accordance with IFRS on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Supervision and control of all accruals, prepaid expenses, and GL balances to ensure smooth closure.
• Preparation of IFRS 16 workings and review with Manager.
• Review of monthly Trial Balance along with Manager.
• Supervision of Fixed Asset capitalization, asset tagging, schedule preparation, and reconciliation with GL.
• Consolidates Finance Assurance Reports with inputs from team members.
• Provides active support and ensures that vendor payments are done before due date, collections are recovered as per agreed terms, and reconciliations are done as per internal SOP.
• Processes divisional payroll in coordination with HR, updates schedules, and passes associated provisions.
• Collates cash flow information and consolidation.
• Tracks and ensures rent payments before the due date.
• Provides information to auditors, prepares draft financial reports for auditor’s review, and finalizes the queries with auditors independently.
• Lead discussions with divisional finance team and resolve their queries.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

A.     Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance

CA/ACCA qualified, or equivalent is preferred

B.     Minimum Experience:

5-6 years of experience

Functional Expertise (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

• Proven Ability To Automate Treasury Processes And Systems To Increase Efficiency And Accuracy. Experience With Settlement Processing, Loan Administration, Intercompany Loan Management, Cash Management, Day-To-Day Liquidity Planning, And Notional Pool In
• Excellent Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Manage Complex Transactions And Processes.
• Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Banks And Internal Stakeholders.
