Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fundraising and Strategic Partnership Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and executing fundraising strategies and establishing strategic partnerships to support our organization’s mission and goals. As the Fundraising and Strategic Partnership Specialist, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders, securing funding, and contributing to the growth and sustainability of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, both individual and institutional.
- Create and manage fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective donors.
- Implement donor stewardship programs to enhance donor engagement and retention.
- Provide regular updates to donors on the impact of their contributions.
- Identify and assess potential strategic partners, including corporations, NGOs, and governmental organizations.
- Develop and nurture partnerships that align with organizational goals and enhance our impact.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective implementation of partnership agreements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Nonprofit Management, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in fundraising and strategic partnership development.
- Strong understanding of nonprofit operations and funding landscape.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills.
