Job Description
- Monitor and maintain the operations of the data center, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance of hardware and software systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or incidents that arise in the data center.
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of all data center activities.
- Implement and maintain security protocols to protect data and systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Assist in capacity planning and resource allocation for the data center.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in data center operations.
