Job Description
A Key Account Manager (KAM) – Supply is responsible for managing and developing relationships with key clients in the supply industry. They play a vital role in ensuring the success of the organization by maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and acquiring new clients in order to drive revenue growth.
As a KAM – Supply, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and targeting potential clients in the supply industry
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
- Understanding clients’ goals, needs, and challenges
- Developing customized solutions for clients to meet their specific requirements
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals in collaboration with the sales team
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent product delivery and client satisfaction
To excel in this role, you should have a solid background in sales and account management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the supply industry. Proven experience in achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships is essential.
